Hi Praveena,
Welcome to HCM. Cycling has no effect on mensus. Doing regular cycling / exercise may help during delivering the baby, by being able to help in pushing the child out, due to good muscular power. Vigorous exercise during pregnancy is not advisable. Mild exercise such as walking and doing light job in the house etc. are OK, if there is no contraindication, such as threatened abortion.
