Hello, Cystoscopy can sometimes cause complications of infection or injury to the urethra, but since erectile dysfunction is related to blood flow and release of chemicals that regulate that blood flow, and cystoscopy does not affect this at all, your erectile dysfunction would not be due to the cystoscopy. While there may be many different causes for erectile dysfunction, hopefully if you have only experienced this for a short period of time, it will turn out to be a temporary thing and will resolve soon.
