Does Dark Chocolate Cause Nosebleeds?

Hi, I have found that dark chocolate seems to lead to nosebleeds- I take WARFARIN and by elimination find that not coffee taken in the evening, but dark chocolate often leads to a nosebleed in one nostril early the next morning. I self monitor, so can keep a close check on my INR. Is this an accepted happening?
