Does Dehydration Along With Alcohol Intake Cause Numb Legs?
We were drinking and celebrating at party. It is winter and was about 28 deg. My friend slid and fell and could not get up. She says that hers legs were not working. Could this have been dehydration in addition to drinking too much? She is 66 yrs.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. An elderly lady unable to mover her limbs after falling down might have been caused due to sustained injury to her back. It might not be related to dehydration or alcohol intake. Kindly consult Orthopedician in this regard for complete evaluation and management accordingly. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
