Does Dehydration Cause Body Tremors And Excessive Sweating?

My husband was working outside cutting wood today...very humid out. He did not drink enough fluids. We then went out and about a half hour later started shaking and sweating but doesn't remember talking to me but told me he thought he would faint. We gave him water and sat for a half hour. He was very pale at first then color came back. We came Home and he ate and did feel better after and rested. However in reading symptoms I'm concerned of his fogginess, shaking and not remembering. His dad also had mild Parkinson's. I do think it was severe dehydration but don't want to discount. It has also happened about a year ago

hi mam, your apprehension is reasonable.to those who come to my clinic with similar symptoms,I advise the following
1)ECG to rule out any cardiac malfunctioning like angina
2)MRI brain to rule out TIA(transient ischemic attack) or stroke, both of which occur due to impaired blood circulation to brain.
3)carotid artery Doppler : carotid arteries supply blood to brain.any narrowing or block in them at neck level also causes such symptoms.

it might appear to be exhaustive but importance can’t be overlooked.as he had similar episode 1 year back, its time for evaluation of any serious underlying condition.hope you understand my clarification.any further queries are always welcome.its my pleasure to be of any help to you.thank you.take care.bye.
