Hello and welcome to HCM, Delay in periods is the first symptom of pregnancy. Early pregnancy can be detected by urine pregnancy test as early as 10-14 days after conception. Thus, you can take up urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Emergency pill can be taken within 72 hours of conception, however, there is little chance of conception even after using the emergency contraception.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
