Does Delayed Menopause Increase The Risk Of A Heart Attack?
I m going to be 51 this year, but my doctor said I m not ready for menopause yet. I was just reading on your website that it causes heart problems. My mother just passed away 4 month s ago from a heart attack and my dad was 49 when he had his. I feel I m at a higher risk. What can I do now to help myself before I start going through menopause? Here is the few preventive methods I'm mentioned which may helpful for you.
1. Avoid or quit smoking.
2. Maintain a healthy body weight.
3. Exercise through out the week.
4. Eat unsaturated fats more.
5. Make it control of your medical conditions like hypertension or diabetes etc.
6. Check up your cholesterol or ECG,echo at least once in a year.
