Does Developmental Delays, High ESR Levels, High ANA Titer Indicate Mitochondrial Disease In A Child?

Hi my son who is almost 5 years old was born early at 36weeks. He was born with torticollis, scoliosis , muscle weakness ( cant jump with both feet and cant walk up and down the stairs alone) type 1 diabetes at 20 months old, Developmental delays( considered 3 years old). He sleeps a lot , approx 5 to 6 hrs a day plus sleeps all his nights. He had bloodwork done and has a high esr and a high ana titer of 1:640. I was wondering if this could be mitochondrial disease? Thanks!

well atomoxitine is a good drug for adhd and zvoid amphetamines and meghylphenidate as they are stimulants and can increase anxiety.
fluoxitine is a good drug fir anxiety but its better to give adhd drug and control it while control anxiety with following methods.
1. counselling
2. meditation and deep breathing.
3. develop habit to notice factors triggering anxiety
