Does Diabetes Cause Headaches And Excessive Thirst?

Hi, About 3 weeks ago I started eating healthy. I also continued working out but a little bit harder and longer. At first I think I had sugar and junk food withdrawal but I stuck with it. I have already lost 9lbs but I have noticed I am extremely thirsty and have been having headaches. Could I have diabetes? Please advise

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

One of the signs of diabetes is having extremely thirsty, feeling tired and losing weight without a diet. In my opinion you should take an appointment with your doctor and blood analysis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
