Dear madam i can understand your concern.
i am very sorry for your condition.
In my opinion the Knee and Feet pain might be due to two conditions which are most common at your age.
1.Diabetic neuropathy;-This is one of problem in long term diabetes which make your nerve week and hypersensitive to pain stimulus. This problem is more noticed during night time as burning and pain in feet. The solution for this problem is to take Neurobion and pregabalin kindly take advise from your doc before starting medication.
2.The next most common problem which will cause knee pain is Osteoarthritis.
this can be diagnosed with dexa scan and you need to meet a ortho for further treatment.
Honestly, I don't diagnose you with this condition; but it's definitely worth evaluation in these lines since there are many matching symptoms. Please discuss with your treating doctor.
Regards
Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question feel free to write me back. I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.
