hello sir,my mom .about 55 yrs old. is suffering left sided paralysis for 4 years .on that time clinical reports shown it thrombosis due to high b.p.now she moves inside the room as toddle walk.but lt hand light move with light sensation.ur advice to improve my mom

Hello,

In such cases, some degree of paralysis is permanent. Improvement is usually not complete but is possible.

Physical therapy and guided exercises are necessary for this purpose. Care should be shown for the blood pressure control in order to prevent any recurrence.
