Does Dilation And Curettage Procedure Lead To Coughing?
I had D&C on May 27th due to a missed miscarriage. During the 11 weeks I was pregnant I was experiencing coughing with nausea. 8 weeks after the D&C: I still cough all the time and it ends with nausea 50% of the time. Is that related to the D&C or infection? I experienced cramps for 4 days and very little pink discharge for 1 day and didn't even have to use pads. No period so far. Is that normal? How long should I wait for my period before getting worried? My doctor said that I just should wait for my period and didn't ask any tests. Regarding the coughing with nausea he says it is not related to what happened. Can he be mistaken? I haven't had wonder: Is this
Coughing and nausea is not related to D and C. Regarding resuming your periods, you should be resuming within a month or 2, if not then get a sonography done to find out the reason, could be due to small ovarian cyst, leading to hormonal imbalance and also get your thyroid and prolactin reports done once to find out if they are normal, as they not being in normal range could also cause period issues.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
