Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain seems that sore between the gum and the lip mucosa after dipping seems to be due to formation of an ulcer in the area that has occurred due to
injury to the mucosa in the area of the dip with friction and chemical present in tobacco..
Both these factors has led to formation of an ulcer and is painful due to inflammation..
As it has occurred just 4 days back, you need not to worry as it does not seems to be serious and will resolve soon..
The first thing that you should do is to completely stop dipping tobacco..
Start applying a numbing gel containing Lignocaine or Choline Salicyliate over the area to reduce pain and burning sensation..
You can do cool water rinses..
Avoid spicy foods as it will further irritate the area..
In case if it does not improve in a week
consult a Dentist and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
