Does Discomfort In Chest, upper Back And Shoulder Point Towards Heart Attack?
Hi. I am getting discomfort in my chest and also my upper back around the shoulder blade area it also goes into my shoulder and arm on the left and sometimes it's like under my arm pit at the side of my breast it is happening on and off. How do I no if this is just anxiety or if more serious like a heart attack or something
I have gone through your history .I need to know following details about your chest pain. 1.how does it start ? 2.how long it lasts? 3.how is it relieved . Our first goal is to rule out heart condition I.e.angina.usually it is precipitated by exertion and relieved by rest.so u may get a testing ECG and stress test done to rule out this condition. If it is continuous and persisting for long time first you may take some analgesic tab.Aceclofenac 100 mg twice a day .if not relieved in a week get x ray chest and x ray cervical spine to find out any other cause.
