I have gone through your history .I need to know following details about your chest pain.
1.how does it start ?
2.how long it lasts?
3.how is it relieved .
Our first goal is to rule out heart condition I.e.angina.usually it is precipitated by exertion and relieved by rest.so u may get a testing ECG and stress test done to rule out this condition.
If it is continuous and persisting for long time first you may take some analgesic tab.Aceclofenac 100 mg twice a day .if not relieved in a week get x ray chest and x ray cervical spine to find out any other cause.
