Does Dizziness, Fever And Headache In A Child Indicate Sinus Infection?

My 9 year old son came home from school yesterday complaining of dizziness and headache. This morning he woke up with the same complaints and a fever of 102 in addition. He has asthma, food allergies as well as outdoor allergies to give you a little background. My question is does this sound like a sinus infection? He has had them in the past but this seems a little different than before.

Is your child disoriented? Sometimes meningitis also have symptoms of headache dizziness fever. please go to a nearby pediatrician.
