HELLO DEAR
I understand your problem, dear as such there is no guidelines regarding food intake and fluids to increase amniotic fluid , but it was suggested to increase fluid rest in left lateral position with intake of fluid . Dear there are many causes for reduced amount of fluid apart from idiopathic like congenital anamolies like renal agenesis etc will also causes of oligohydraminos . AS you 21 weeks you should go for LEVEL 2 SCAN to rule out congenital abnormalities so your treatment can be planned accordingly. ALL THE BEST FOR ONGOING PREGNANCY
THANKS
