I USED TO TAKE 3 LITERS OF WATER IN A DAY, BUT I USED TO TAKE HALF LITER WATER IN EARLY MORNING AT 6:30 A.M. AND AFTER THAT I AGAIN START TAKING WATER AT 6 P.M. AND TILL 11P.M. I USED TO TAKE ANOTHER 3 LITER OF WATER. I WANT T0O KNOW THAT WHETHER IT SHOULD HAMPER MY HEALTH IN ANY WAY OR NOT?MY EMAIL ID IS- YYYY@YYYY
We should drink 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday and that should suffice for our body needs . Apart from this will lead to bloating and stress on kidneys.
