Hello and thank you for the question.I think you know eating fish is healthy because of its high levels of
omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce your
cholesterol level. It also reduces the risk of sudden death.
I suggest-
1.Eating fish at least twice a week. The highest levels of omega-3 fatty acids are in:
Salmon
Halibut
Mackerel
Lake trout
Herring
Sardines
Albacore tuna
But you should bake or grill the fish to avoid adding unhealthy fats.
2.Get small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids from foods like ground flaxseed, olive or canola oil.
3.Take an omega-3 or fish oil supplement as cod oil 2 capsules 1 time during 2-3 months.
In addition take
Vitamin E,A,cod oil.
Eat oats, apple, pomegranate, watermelon, beet-carrot juices;peas, rajma;dahi, green tea, garlic, drink water before every meal, eat pumpkin, koriandr, turmeric powder for quick cure!
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
