Does Efficiency Of Plan B Reduce While Taking Vitamin C?
My last period was May 1st to May 6th I had protected sex on May 17th. This was during my fertile window. However, during a time when we were changing positions, the condom broke as my partner was about to enter my vagina. This took before my partner ejaculated so there was no ejaculate fluid. However, there was pre ejaculate within the condom and there is a high possibility that some of it got on the opening of my vagina. We immediately stopped after this took place. I took plan b a bit less than 4 hours after the incident. I had high doses of vitamin c for the next two days will this affect the efficiency of the pill? Also, how high are my chances of being pregnant?
The pre-ejaculate contains sperms and can cause pregnancy however you have taken Plan B within 4 hours so I don't see any reason for worry. Vitamin C would not affect the efficacy of your contraceptive pill.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
