General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Egg and milk are healthy foods. But shouldn't take in excess. Potato chips shouldn't be taken daily as it may contain trans fatty acids. These things can cause heat in body. But it wont have such uncomfortable feeling as you mentioned. You should get tested for thyroid profile as hyperthyroidism can give such symptoms. Also should do serum cholesterol, uric acid and blood routine to rule out any other causes like hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia or allergic cause. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
