Does Endometriosis Cause Infertility?
hi doctors please i wish to know how bad endometriosis is. i am scared of infertility. was told i have endometriosis and i am jus 24. so scared. my stomach will drive me crazy with the way it hurts sometimes. i am taking primolut nor 10mg as medication. i have taken several but they didn t work. my stomach started disturbing me seriously wen i was operated for appendicitis and all test i ever did were negative.

Infertility can be a complication of endometriosis but it may not occur in all women and it is possible that any issues with fertility may be treated.
There are different causes of abdominal pain, it can be related to any structure in the chest from the skin inwards.
Endometriosis is a cause of pelvic pain so if this may the cause for the discomfort if it is in pelvis.
An ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis would determine if there is another cause.
