Does Endometriosis Turn Into Hyperplasia And Does It Relapse After Hysterectomy ?
Hi I have recently had a hysterectomy due to complex endometrial hyperplasia with severe atypia. I was wondering can endometriosis turn into this condition. What risks do I have of the hyperplasia appearing elsewhere thanks

Both are different conditions,In complex hyperplasi there is abnormal thickening of endo metrium where as in endometriosis growth of endometrial cells out side the uterus.
Endometrious is a benign condition but complex hyperplasia is precancerous lesion.
It can spread to near by structures like lymph nodes,omentum,colon.
