Does Enlarged Uterus With No Other Complication Need Hysterectomy?
age 60, menopause at 54, 4 children, had abdominal pain for 5 days , no bleeding, ultrasound, ct scan nomal except for an enlarged uterus. Had D&C, pathology normal. Gyn recommending removal of uterus, divinci method, wants to take ovaries too, should he? no family history. Mother is 83, 5 children, still has all her parts.
