Hello and welcome to HCM,
Masturbation is unlikely to affect sexual life or ability to perform sex.
Masturbation is a mechanical process and does not affect sexual life of the person.
There is probably some other reason for inability to perform sex.
Sexual problems can have a psychological basis also.
Other problems include- problems in erection, inability to sustain erection, etc.
I suggest you to consult an urologist for clinical assessment to find any organic cause for the problem.
In case no organic cause is found, then probably there is psychological basis for the problem.
Clinical assessment is necessary for management.

Thanks and take care
