My question is that did the over masturbation damaged the seminal vessel or make the passing way of sperm narrow which causes the dead sperm in report? as my report always show poor reading as follows Total Sperm Count = 40 Million /Ml Active Motile 35% Sluggish 20% Immotile / Dead 45 Normal Motile 60% Abnormal 40% Morphology 70% Normal Pus Cells 7-8% Please advise following the report and also reply over excessive masturbation if he damaged the seminal vessels? moreover can the natural food which containing zinc, vitamin c, folic and dairy is better for sperm count a and motility, PLEASE ADVISE I am from Pakistan Regards Kamran
