Does Extreme Stress Cause Violent Tremors In Body?

Last night I awoke to violent tremors. I was freezing and couldn t stop shaking. I was under a lot of stress yesterday due to my superior giving contradictory information to my staff and I was powerless to stop her. Consequently, my staff felt as though all the work they had put into a project was dismissed by this person and they were made to feel inadequate. I m not sure, but wonder if stress may be at the heart of my problem. I do take high blood pressure meds.

Hi
I had gone through your question and understand your concern.
Answer to your question is Yes , extreme stress does cause tremors sometimes.
But as you are on blood pressure medicines , there are few medicines whose side effect is tremor.
So i would like to know what medicine for blood pressure you are taking.
I hope this information helps.
