Does Eye Twitching Have Any Effect On Heart?
hi!, Question for you.. my left eye has been twitching for months now whenever i get stressed out or for very little reason..and i get heart burn every so often... today i had some pain in my left arm only lasted a couple minites. can eye twitching be a sign that i could have a heart attack?.. Im a 28 year old female who is over weight and has high levels of stress in my life..

No. It does not have any relation with Heart.
But if it occur regularly and disturbing, then you should consult a neurologist and ophthalmologist.
Eye twitching may be present in inflammation of the eyelids and facial nerve palsy.
How ever, most of the times this eye twitching is due to fatigue and stress.
Pain in the left arm may be due to muscle strain.
As you said you are over weight and always stressed in life, better adopt some life style changes.
1. Exercise regularly.
2. Eat plenty of green vegetables and fruits.
3. Spend enough time with friends and family members.
4. Participate in games and sports
5. Try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
These will help in relieve your stress and decrease your weight.
