Does Fatigue, Breathlessness And Insomnia Indicate Pernicious Anemia?

I am trying to determine if I possibly have pernicious anemia. My symptoms include lack of energy, fatigue, tingling in fingertips, difficulty breathing, trouble staying awake. I have also gained weight that I can t lose and feel bloated. Thyroid problems run in my family so I had that checked but my thyroid is fine; however, I do have a Vitamin D deficiency. My sister mentioned my grandmother had pernicious anemia so I m wondering if that s the problem.
