Today I raised my arm at a right angle and my hand shook back and forth two or three times. It stopped when I lowered my arm and hasnt happened since. We have been very busy at work and I use my arms at I ninty degree angle. I build cabinets. Can fatigue cause muscle spasms ?
It appears to be neurological problem and the cause is nerve compression. Your physical work like building cabinet can cause such problem. So better to take few days rest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
