Does Fatigue, Cramps And Backache After Having Unprotected Sex Mean Pregnancy?

Me and my boyfriend had sex on November 17th and he pulled out, But also came all over me down there, then we started having sex again right after that. I have irregular periods, my tracker tells me I ovulated the 15th, But with my irregular periods it has fallen anywhere between the 15-22 or each month. A few days after sex I had mild cramping in my lower abdomen, and I never cramp, not even before my period. Yesterday and today, being days 5 and 6 after the sex, I ve been extremely tired, while also having back aches and head aches. Is it possible to be feeling pregnancy symptoms this early?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Either pregnancy or possibly even an infection, but this is only an assumption as your symptoms are too non-specific to be sure at this point. I would recommend a home pregnancy test to be conducted at least 2 weeks after the date of sexual contact or on or after a missed period (if at all you experience one), also make sure you use only an early morning urine sample for the test as it is most accurate.

Once pregnancy has been ruled out, you should consider visiting your doctor for a urine analysis to rule out infections. It is also important to note that you have a history of irregular menstrual cycles, which makes these abdominal cramps all the more frequent and associated with the underlying condition causing the cramps and irregularity.

Best wishes.
