Does Following A Healthy Diet Cure Cancer?

My mom had colon cancer almost 3 years ago now. but now they have found a mass in her liver, and they are still calling it colon cancer that has spread. she is 83 and doesn't want to go through chemo, so she is eating a very healthy diet in hopes it will help. Is it possible for a healthy diet to cure her cancer?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your mother has colon cancer with metastasis in liver. It is stage 4 cancer. No treatment will cure the disease. Healthy diet can not cure this. Cure of cancer has no relation with diet. It just help to avoid weakness. Even chemotherapy can not cure this cancer. So according to my opinion no treatment should be taken.
