Does Fracture At L1 Cause A Backache?
I was in a serious car accident 2 yrs ago. I crushed my legs. And had a compression fracture on L1 among a few other things. The pain in my back is horrible. Seems to start between lower shoulder blades and radiate outwards as the pain becomes severe. Is this pain from the fracture. Or could it be from something else.

If it starts from shoulder blades, L1 injury should not be the cause, you likely have DJD in the cervical area, and also now that you damaged the Lumbar area, that is the cause of your pain.
