Does Frequent Urination And Abdominal Cramps Indicate Sign Of Diabetes?

i have been urinating alot like in the past half an hour i have peed 8 times. and i have been having symptoms of diabetes such as exessive thirst and urinations, abdominal pains some times, fatigues i could sleep forever, nausia and i get up about 3 or more times a night to go to the bathroom . maybe if im lucky 2 . should i go get checked for diabetes im a female and 17 years old.

Thanks for contacting HCM. Dear patient now a days diabetes and hypertension are becoming more and more common even in teenagers. Your symptoms could be due to diabetes or hypertension or even urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to consult a doctor for your physical check up along with these investigations-
Blood pressure check up, E.C.G., fasting and PP blood glucose, HbA1C, serum urea and creatinine, urine routine and microscopic and urine culture and sensitivity. Regards
