Does Gastric Ulcer Causes Blood In Urine?
My son is 14 yrs old and has al the sudden passed a large amount of blood in his stool bright red and clotty with abdominal pain er did cat scan blood work everything normal said gastric ulcer get home he starts peeing blood too is that part of ulcers or something more serious

I understand your concerns about your son.
There is no correlation between the gastric ulcer and the presence of blood in the urine of your son
-So either it is just a coincidence and your son has a kidney stone or a stone in his bladder that is causing the presence of blood, or even an urinary tract infection. He needs to do an urine test and an ultrasound of his urinary tract in this cae
-The second option is that the blood in urine and the presence of the blood in his stool have the same reason.Maybe your son has a problem with his blood, low ability to clot,ect. so other tests need to be done.
I think it is something more serious so I suggest you check up your son again with a doctor, but for my opinion you should send him to the ER.
