Does Gluten Free Diet Help In Increasing Thyroid Levels?
I have been prescribed Thyroid 0.5 NP. One tablet under my tongue daily. Before I start my medication I was told to have a gluten free diet for a few months to see if that would help my thyroid levels. Have you heard of this helping raise a low thyroid?
