Does Hair Loss, raised Heart Beat And Choking Indicate Thyroid Issue?

diagnosed with menstrual migranes, had a complex migrane just recently, but also experiencing pulsing feeling in the left side of neck (mainly in the a.m.); feeling as though I am choking (usually later in the day/night); hair loss; high resting heart rate. Do these symptoms indicate a thyroid issue?

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
The symptoms you described may suggest an over active thyroid disease or hyperthyroidism.
In these cases a thyroidal hormonal profile confirms the diagnosis. So in my practice at first i do recommend to my patients to check:
-TSH,FT4 and FT3 level.
If Hyperthyroidism is confirmed than the cause should be found (an autoimmune disease or a nodular goiter).
After the above results it will be a pleasure to inform you further regarding the disease.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
