Does Having Fever And Cough Which Subsided After Taking Antibiotics Be Dengue Fever?

my son had a fever starting wednesday i consulted him to his pediatrician he gave it antibiotic like co amoxciclav en biogesic his fever subsides but my doctor told me that if he had a fever after 3 days get a blood test, but now my son fever subsides my doctor told me he had a tonsils he had a cough is there a posible my son have a dengue

Hi...based on the symptoms explained by you possibility of URTI or acute tonsillitis is more likely. As the child has responded to the treatment its a good sign.Dengue seems less likely because in dengue the patient has severe body ache, conjunctival congestion and flushing of.skin.In some cases rash may appear.
