Does Having Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

We had unprotected sex by rubbing penis against her vulva and I ejaculated on her vagina but not even single time I inserted in vagina even she is virgin and there is no chance to insert penis in her vagina and she missed her period which supposed to come on 6th jan 2016 but it came early on 28 dec 2015 we had sex on 26th dec 2015 at 12:15 pm that means she got her period after 2 days of unprotected sex please help me to get out of these.

I understand your concern.
Chances of becoming pregnant by non-penetrative sex is extremely low. However, in your case, since you have ejaculated on her vagina, the possibility of causing pregnancy is higher in case the semen has entered inside her vagina. But since you did the act just before her periods, which is not during the fertile days, again the possibility appears to be less.
However, she needs to get her periods after the act, either early or late, after the act to say she has not conceived.
Next time, take proper precautions so that such accidental pregnancies could be avoided.
