Hello, I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
In most probability he has restenosis in the stent. It means new blockage has developed in the previously deployed stent.
So if the blockage is critical and your father has symptoms YES repeat angioplasty is an option.
The others being optimisation of his medication and bypass surgery.
