Does Headache And Ear Pain Indicate Sinus Headache?

Hi. I have a strange severe headache on the right hand side of my head. When I walk it gets worse and then when i lie down it pounds and my ear hurts. My neck is also stiff on this side and for some reason my nose hurts. Could this be a sinus headache? I have never had anything like this before.

I really appreciate your concern yes this could be due to sinusitis only, and in my opinion this can be best managed with the medicine given below and some conservative treatment, like drink more water, have steam inhalation, everything would be fine soon
1) Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen three times in day
2) Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day
