Does Heart Attack Lead To Upper Chest And Shoulder Pain?
I m I having a heart attack. I have upper chest and ack pain that last for several minutes, stop and then returns, my heart beat is 87 per minute, my left shoulder is weak and painfully sore to raise it. I do suffer from high blood pressure but take meds for it. I have a strong family history both mother and fathers side of heart attacks. and and exremely swollen and sore throat on my left side

Yes Pain radiating to arms is most common during Myocardial ischeamia.Get an ECG,2 d ech,lipid profile,complete blood picture immediately to conform the diagnosis.Also get Troponin I.Monitor bood pressure and blood sugar regularly.Drugs like Anti platelets,lipid lowering drugs will be helpful in your case.Diet rich in fruits and vegetable salads will be helpful.Consult Cardiologist for expert management.
