Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
resting heart rate ranges from 80-90 in the morning, however during work my heart rate goes up to 100-116 ranges from time to time, sometimes with caffeine, is this normal. Work involves some physical lighting, and being on my feet 6-9 hours per day... after work my heart rate returns to about 88bpm.. Is this a normal day for the heart?
Hi, yes normal healthy adult heart rate ranges between 70 to 80 per min but it might go around 90 to 100 with whole day physical activity which is not at all abnormal but if it goes beyond 110 or 120 daily then u should go for ECG checked by expert if its shows sinus tachycardia then its okay.some people may have slightly higher pulse rate.u can contact your physician for further advise.
