General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Although smoking can cause benign changes in bladder it is usually of late origin.
I would advise
considering the age, do blood glucose level to know about diabetic status, as smoking may cause pancreatic etiology.
To rule out chronic alcoholism and to get treated for it will help a lot.
It is advisable to go for other ultrasound studies, after ruling out the above possibilities.
If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
I find this answer helpful
