Does History Of Induced Abortion Cause Complications In Future Pregnancies?
Hai Dr;I took zicotec200 tablets vaginally 6months backto abort my 6 weeks pregancy.next day I saw some bleeding only for half day.next month it is bleeding heavily with pain.now I am getting my periods regularly .now i am pregant is there any further problem because of using this?pls suggest me
Once time induced abortion does not cause any complication in future pregnancy. But better to go for USG scan if you have not undergone after induced abortion to confirm complete process of abortion and to detect any other pathology inside uterus.
Nothing to worry much as you have regular menstruation after abortion. Use safe sex practice in future to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards, Dr. Sagar
