General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello,
As far as holding urine is concerned, after some time, distention of urinary bladder start causing pain. It will persist up to the time of urine holding. Will disappear after some time of urine passing.
You are having trouble in your testicle. You should get it examined by a local doctor and get ultrasound of scrotal region for testes and epididymis area. Also, undergo urine complete examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
