Hello,Thank you for your question in HCM. There is no link between our disc problems or your arthritis to the hpv anal warts.the anal warts are caused by the human papilloma virus types 6 & 11 most commonly.anogenital warts are aquired through sexually transmitted route.the most common symptom being the wart itself.although other symptoms like redness and itching may also occur. various treatment modalities are available, surgically -local excision, cryotherapy(using liquid nitrogen) or using topical agents like trichloroacetic acid and podophyllotoxin.you can get it removed with any of the above methods.hope this information was helpful. regards, Dr.radhika
