Does Hypertension Cause Nausea And Headache?

I am nauseated with continuing headache caused by high blood pressure . Last reading yesterday was 150/105. I am between insurance companies and have ran out of my scripts. I take a nightly BP pill and a nightly migraine pill. I am averaging around 4 hrs of sleep a night. Is there anything I can do or take until my new insurance becomes effected to relieve the pain and nausea?
