Does Hypothyroid Lead To Chest Tightness?

im 26, 5'6, 185lbs

was told i have hypothroid been having some chest tightness come and go went to er told me my ekg was fine and ultrasound of heart was fine and cat scan was fine my cardic eyzems where a little high but after starting me on synthroid they begin to drop when i went into the hosiptal they told me i had no throid hormone so thats why they said i was hypothroid so what could be causing the chest tightness around my left breast im also on paxil

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have chest tightness. Your EKG and echocardiography are normal so it is not due to cardiac cause.

You also have hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can leads to chest tightness.
You should check your T3, T4 and TSH level. Then start thyroid supplements like synthroid or eltroxin.
