Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Conception and pregnancy will be affected only when you are hypothyroid. But both of you are taking medicines and are maintaining euthyroidsm (normal thyroid status).
If your thyroid levels are normal then no need to worry about pregnancy. Go for follow-up of your thyroid levels every 3 months and keep them in control.
Snoring has no relation to conception and pregnancy. Consult your physician for treatment and control of snoring.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Siddartha
