Does Hypothyroidism Cause Palpitations?

I often get heart palpitations. I measured them today and they were showing a pulse rate of 104. I have hypothyroidism. I did look at my blood pressure and it was 130/98. I imagine the heart palpitations are from my thyroid problem. is this correct.

Hi
One of the cause for palpitations is hypo or hyperthyroidism
Hypothyroidism usually presents with bradyarrythmias or with fast to slow rates.
With that blood pressure and heart rate you can start with low dose beta blockers which will help you, under medical supervision,
Take care
